A credit card is required on file under the archived salon policy. Clients without a credit card were able to use a purchased gift certificate in lieu.
The archived policy requests at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A 50% service fee may apply to appointments cancelled within 48 hours, and a 100% fee may apply to no-shows.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely complete the booked service.
The archived policy states services are non-refundable, with a three-day grace period to notify the salon if there is an issue that should be corrected.
The source allowed product returns/exchanges within 14 days with original packaging and receipt.
